Supporting Strategic Planning at Second Presbyterian Church, Indianapolis

Description: Second Presbyterian Church is one of the largest congregations in Indianapolis. The Polis Center provided consulting during its strategic planning process. Part of the project involved mapping its members, charting member demographics, comparing member data to community norms, and identifying characteristics of the communities where members live using data from the SAVI Community Information System.
