Distributed Web Services Integration for Watershed Management

Description: The Upper White River Watershed Alliance (UWRWA), desired to create a web-based system to integrate Upper White River watershed data for the Guide Settlement Area from several distributed data services, including those of the Indiana Geological Survey, Purdue University, the City of Indianapolis/Marion County, Madison County, and Hamilton County. The Polis Center’s middleware research efforts were leveraged to accomplish the integration.
