Parcel-based Information System

Description: Indianapolis was one of five cities nationally involved in a coordinated effort to develop decision support tools for urban development. The Polis Center and its partners developed a system that integrates parcel-level data from various City departments with neighborhood-level data from the SAVI Community Information System for the purposes of improving decisions about community development grant funds, tracking their success, and tracking their overall impact on the community.
