Strategic and Data Needs Assessment for a Community Information System (CIS) in Billings, Montana

Description:

United Way of Yellowstone County and Montana State University-Billings are interested in developing a Community Information System in Billings, Montana for the surrounding region. As developer of the nation’s largest CIS called SAVI (www.savi.org), The Polis Center conducted a strategic and data needs assessment with several key stakeholders during a 2-day site visit in Billings to assess needs, opportunities, and barriers to developing a CIS.
