Kim Donahue is the director of the Nonprofit Training Center of the United Way of Central Indiana. Her focus at the United Way of Central Indiana is on building the capacity of nonprofit organizations to govern and manage themselves effectively and efficiently. She has facilitated more than 1,000 workshops and planning sessions for nonprofit organizations including workshops on grantwriting, program outcomes, strategic planning and board development.
