As Program Coordinator for the Spirit & Place Festival (www.spiritandplace.org), Jennifer Gilles assists the executive director to plan and implement an area-wide, theme-based, collaborative festival of the arts, humanities, and religion. Her responsibilities include cultivating and sustaining relationships with festival partners to develop appropriate public programs and facilitate collaborations; working with key partners to implement the Public Conversation and signature events; managing website development and processes for the festival magazine design and distribution; and working closely with the internal support team at The Polis Center as well as external contractors and volunteers.

Prior to joining The Polis Center in 2006, she worked for more than twenty years in the field of geotechnical engineering.
